Northern Routes

Day 1

Trogir- Žirje (Uvala Stupice)

The island of Žirje is your first stop on this extraordinary cruise. Here is the beautiful bay V. Stupice. V. Stupice is a good anchor bay. There you can use buoys. The bay is a wonderful natural harbor with excellent protection and natural beauty. In the bay there is a restaurant where one can eat typical, homemade Mediterranean cuisine. Dining experience is not great why you might skip a visit if you do not have to. Sit in the boat and enjoy the food you make yourself insted. The wonderful environment is of course free of charge in any case.

Day 2

Žirje- Ravni Žakan

Ravni Zakan is a real dream place. Nature is enchanting beauty. A beautiful little island with mini-communities on the southern and northern sides. On the north side, the tavern “Laurus” with small buoys that bob outside, where you can moor the boat.
On the south side is also a restaurant which is the largest in Kornatiarkipelagio. This restaurant is well visited by cruise ships and can be quite full during the summer months. The food is absolutely excellent (but quite expensive).

Day 3

Ravni Žakan- Levrnaka

Levrnaka is the fourth biggest island in Kornati. From the highest point (118 m) you can see impressive panoramic view of Kornati channel and nearby islands. Levrnaka used to be an important fishermen’s location during wintertime and its name probably originates from this (Latin hibernare ‘winter’. it. vernare la vernata). The island was once covered with woods. The other reason why you should visit Levrnaka is a restaurant “Konoba Levrnaka”. Situated on the other side of the island, opposite the beach, in a naturally protected, deep bay.

Day 4

Levrnaka- Telašćica

Telašćica, is a nature park named after the bay which is located in the southeastern part of Dugi Otok. The bay is about 8 km depth of 1.6 kilometers wide. In Telascica bay are 25 large and small coves, bays, 5 islets. Thanks to its location it is well protected against Gulf storms. Telašćica is one of the largest and best protected bays in the eastern Adriatic coast. It consists of three parts separated by narrower. These three elements are Tripuljak, Farfarikulac and Telašćica. The greater part of the bay bottom is covered with groups of marine flowering plants, marine habitats, and an extraordinary rich wildlife which is essential for the reproduction of many fish species. In view of the beautiful nature we suggest dinner on bord.

Day 5

Telašćica- Žut

Žut is a nautical paradise and one of the islands in the Kornati archipelago. It lies between the islands of Pašman and Ugljan (which is linked to the mainland). Zut is a long, narrow island and covers an area of nearly 15 square miles and is at most 2 km wide. The highest point is 172 meters above sea level. The island is steep and has a retracted, protected coastline, which is characterized by the sheltered bays Luka Hiljača, Sarušćica, Yellow, Bizikovica and a few less. From there, it feels far to all the amenities and you get the feeling of being on a Robinson island. Zut is covered with olive, fig trees and vines and has no permanent settlements. The island is regularly used throughout the year by fishermen, small-scale livestock farmers and olive and fig pickers from the island of Murter second Kornatiar. Žut island has a lovely marina, complete with a good taverna, Restaurant Fešta.

Day 6

Žut- Primošten

Primošten is beautiful and charming town. The town consists of two peninsulas characterised by the beautiful coast and beaches which are perfect for summer swimming. Just near the coast, there is a promenade ideal for romantic and family walks. And the experience of sunset is amazing, I believe among the most beautiful in Croatia. It’s a real rest for body and soul. Primošten archipelago consists of a small number of uninhabited islands which are completely preserved and untouched. The two most beautiful ones are Tmara and Krbelica. Along the coast there are many restaurants and cafes. Konoba “Toni” offers a unique atmosphere where the stall itself is located right on the sea. There is a famous marina next to Primošten for yachts and boats called Kremik only a few kilometres away from the town.

Day 7

Primošten- Blue Lagoon (Krknjaši – Drvenik Veli) - Marina Baotić

Krknjaši bayis located on the island Drvenik Veli. The most beautiful beach on Drvenik Veli is Krknjasi beach, located on the south-east coast of this island. From the outside, the bay is protected with two islands, big and small Krknjaš. During the summer this beach is full of boats that are anchored in front of the beach. There is delightful anchorage on the SE side of the island Drvenik Veli in the shallow area between the main island and two off lying islands of Krknjasi. It is an ideal place to spend the day swimming, but should only be used as an overnight anchorage in settled weather, and after checking that the anchor is holding. There are few houses amongst the trees and occasionally tripping boats call here, but there are no facilities ashore, except the restaurant excellent selection of fresh seafood and authentic Dalmatian dishes.
